No Bake Date Coconut Balls are easy to make, healthy, and delicious. This snack is perfect for on-the-go energy.
- 6 oz Pitted Baking Dates
- 1 oz orange juice
- 2 T cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ c Shelled Pistachios, chopped
- Sweetened Coconut
Place all ingredients except coconut in food processor.
Pulse until thoroughly combined.
Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!!
