Al Shams Bakery has tasked its skilled bakers to produce a pita bread with perfect taste, color and texture using all natural ingredients and locally sourced flour made with non-GMO wheat. There is no food without pita bread in a Mediterranean or Middle Eastern home, therefore making it a staple. That's why you should try it at least once.
