Ziyad Freekeh Fire Roasted Baby Wheat 1LB

Ziyad Freekah is baby wheat that has been fire roasted wheat to give it a traditional Mediterranean taste. Freekeh retains a high content of dietary fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Usually used as a side dish, or as an ingredient in a tossed salad or soup to add punch.
