First of all, thank you for putting your trust in us!



  1. We have received your order and are going to pick, pack and prepare it for shipment.
  2. When the order is shipped, tracking number will be populated within the order details found in your account. Don't worry, we'll email you as well.
  3. Keep a close watch on the tracking information. It is highly recommended that you be present to receive delivery or have someone designated at your residence to do so on your behalf. Most of the time, when the package doesn't fit the mailbox, the mailman may put the package in front of your front door or take it to your apartment management office (in case you live in an apartment). Be Proactive!


  1. Open the package. Be happy about receiving your products in the comfort of your home from a reputed business. 
  2. Should there be any issues, please report them to us within 7 days. Although optional, you may want to create an account (if not already done so) with us. This will enable you to maintain your purchase & returns history, order details and make reordering easy. 
  3. We anticipate that all will be well. Enjoy the product :-)
